A driver has been charged in the wake of hitting an eight-year-old kid in Sydney's west prior this week.
Soon after 3pm on Wednesday, crisis administrations were called to the edge of Phillip Street and Kattar Lane in Parramatta, after reports a kid had been hit by a vehicle.
Police accept the youngster was strolling on the pathway with his mom when a Holden Cruz supposedly mounted the check, hit two signs, before hitting the kid.
The eight-year-old was treated at the scene before being taken to The Children's Hospital at Westmead in a genuine condition.
The driver, a 35-year-elderly person, was not harmed and restored an antagonistic breath test at the scene.
He was captured and accused of causing offensive real damage.
