We publish to all of our followers through Al-Mukhtasar News the names of those eligible for support in the Zayed Housing Program, where the Board of Directors of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program has just adopted the names of about 503 citizens who are eligible for housing support decisions with a value of 395 million dirhams, distributed between 378 decisions in the category of loans and grants, and 125 decisions From the category of quick decision, in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, and his brother His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of the Council Ministers and Minister of Presidential Affairs.

Within the framework of supporting poor families in the United Arab Emirates, the Zayed Housing Establishment is offering housing units to citizens, at a value of 395 million dirhams.

In a related context, Minister of Infrastructure Development and Chairman of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, Dr. Eng. Abdullah Balheef Al-Nuaimi, had just said in that context: “The announcement of this installment comes within the framework of the leadership’s directives to provide the highest standards of stability and quality of life in residential communities, and to achieve The happiness of citizens within the plan of the national agenda 2021 and the vision of the UAE in achieving leadership in the field of citizen housing within integrated residential neighborhoods facilities and vital residential communities aiming to enhance the quality of life of the population and society, and consolidate the national culture, and encourage community bonding and lifestyles Yeh ».

In this regard, this came during the meeting of the Board of Directors of the first program for 2020 in the Zayed Winter Housing Camp, and the most prominent achievements of the program were discussed, along with the program budget report for the fiscal year 2020, and the approval of the names of 503 citizens who deserve housing support during the meeting today.

The program will receive about 1729 housing units during the fourth quarter of this year, at a value exceeding two billion dirhams, and intends to deliver the program 888 homes in the three phases of the Batin Al Samar neighborhood in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, and 500 homes in the residential neighborhood of Montazi in the Emirate of Ajman, along with 341 housing in the Al Khawaneej neighborhood Dubai Residence.
